Our first Email on his first P-Day!!!!!!!!!
Hola Familia!!
Como Esta? Well I'm doing well! It's been really great so far in the MTC. There are a lot of rules to follow it's crazy!! This week has been a little rough with trying to figure out the schedule and everything! Thank you for all the packages!!! I love everything in them! Glad all is going well back home! There food is great! I have gained 10 pounds so if that can put into perspective on how much I love the food! My companion's name is Elder Hammond and he is a great kid I love him like a brother! We have had some great experiences! The second or third night we were sleeping and in the middle of the night I felt a shaking in my bed so I turned and looked.. As I turned and looked I say my companion standing up staring straight at me. As I was laying there about to poop my pants he just went right back to bed without a single word. The next morning I asked him about it and he told me that he read his clock wrong and thought it was time to wake up. It was a funny experience but through it I was able to grow closer to him cuz we were able to laugh and joke about it. It has been kind of a struggle learning Spanish and all the doctorine that I need because I just want to learn it all in one night. I had a little break down last night when I was in class because I couldn't figure out what was being taught and I was just having a hard time. So then I went out and talked with the teacher who helped me through it as we were walking I had the spirit whisper something mom would tell me when I would get upset. It was just "BREATHE" I felt so comforted after hearing that. Something so simple yet so powerful, I think mostly because it was like at that instant I could feel the love and warmth from everyone that loves me and supported me. Besides that everythign is going well I have learned so much and continue to grow each day! How is everyone doing? What have you been up to? Have you finally cleared out the mess I left? I hope you all know how much I Love each and everyone of you! That I pray and care for you all!! I just think of the time when I get back and we can all go up to the temple and be sealed as a family together! It just brings a smile to my face everytime I think of it! It makes me happy, warm and extremely excited! The joy and happiness I get from knowing I will be able to be with all of you forever is unreal. I have never felt any other joy greater, and I know that when all of you feel what I do you will want to just scream as loud as you can and jump for joy!! So thank you all so much and I Love you all so much and care for you all!!!!!!
