Yes was able to get the package! Thank you all so much I'm so very happy for that!! I am very happy because I never really realized how important the card was and now I'm
able to use it for that which is needed! Well I'm glad to hear your Sacrament talk went well and even more happy to know that you guys as well are able to receive many blessings that I, out here don't really realize all that is going on at home. I am however very grateful to hear the influence that the mission is having not only on me but as well as with you guys at home!
Well as far as right now things are going great and I've received a new companion the other one went to Managua and right now I'm actually training!! lol Its a lot different from the first time I was doing
it! I feel a lot more prepared and ready to train... But I guess that's how it goes in life as well the first time you don't really feel very ready but however after when you go to do it again you can make
up those mistakes that you made before. I feel like the training is going a lot smoother and he is actually really awesome. He is from here in Nicaragua, his name is Elder Garcia... I guess that makes it two Garcia's! This week has been so very awesome full of many great things that have helped me to learn more about the spirit and even more about miracles. I have seen so many just in these few days with Garcia and I know that they will only but continue to come and come and come!! lol The only hard part is he has 18 years!! My first companion that is younger then me and to be honest its a really
different experience. He however helps me a lot because he is always filled with energy and enthusiasm! lol We are getting along very well and have found tons of people to help and to teach! Just this week we were able to find three people who we know for 100 percent that they have been prepared by the Lord. We found one that has been having a lot of difficult times because his car for his job broke down and the food that he sells is all going bad and it doesn't ripen, He explained to us that he was praying for God to help him to solve his problems just right before we showed up!! lol He told us that each time he is with a problem and is in need of help we somehow end up passing by and he receives the spiritual uplifting that he needs! We taught him of the restoration and he is progressing so much and he is going to progress so fast and I know he will be baptized! As well as
another family that we are teaching they have kept all their commitments and each time we go over there they are really excited to receive us and to have us come over it fills me with joy so much! To
be completely honest there have been so many miracles that we have seen and its been the greatest time so far! The best part is that as well I have learned so much and have been able to understand better the spirit and it's helped me come unto my savior a lot more thinking a lot about the atoning sacrifice that He did for me and his great love that he has for us as children and brothers. Its come to me more as I read and allow myself to be one with him! I have learned many of my weaknesses and how I can improve and how I can make them strengths so then I don't fall. Its been a struggle overcoming them but each and every day as I try and try and try I am able to receive the uplifting strength that is so very much needed to be able to come unto my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I've learned that each and everyone of us has our own weakness that we must overcome and take up our cross and follow our Savior. Many times it's what we don't see and many times its what is keeping us farther from our Lord and savior!
Thanks for showing me that I do as well help you guys at home because there are many times when I feel like I just want to be home to be able to help but as you tell and I can see the blessings are being
sent via nica! lol But it's good to know that my prayers are being answered and you guys are being watched over and protected by the Lord's hand. Wow I cant believe how fast time has gone, I hate
thinking about it, more because in my district there are others that too are over the year mark and have like 17, 13, and 21 months in the mission and I just laugh because we end up talking about how scary home is going to be lol. Sometimes I get scared going back to ¨normal¨ life and thinking that I won't be out day in and day out teaching and serving the Lord. Its almost as if it will be but a different world. However we then start talking about all that we have learned and how we have changed and almost every time I end up being surprised that the mission changes lives. Who would of thought how much the mission prepares you, in every aspect of our lives... however like all the blessings that we have ready for us we need to always be ready to do God's will so then we can recieve those blessings. I was reading my blessing Patriaritcal and I have seen many of the things it says completed and I have able to understand more of what it talks about and what it refers too! I know that the blessings that I have received are becoming fulfilled and that God truly does fulfill his
promise unto his children.
Well now for Austin he is doing well he sometimes gets sad not being able to see the family but pushes through knowing that the blessing will continue to follow as I do what is right. He wonders every night if the family is able to come to Christ just as he is. He has become enveloped in the love of the Lord and it has ultimately changed him forever. He is getting enough rest, food and is very happy! Sometimes there are the normal ups and downs but they always seems to pass by and things always get better! The light in the end of the tunnel is always there! I'm happy to be a soldier of God and even more a son of a mother who is so amazing. As well with the best family in
the whole entire world! I love each of you and care for you wanting the best and hoping that each day you can come to understand that of which I have learned! Which is Christ lives! He is our savior and redeemer, and if we will but come unto him he will clean our errors and our faults. If we will but just search for him he will open the doors to his rest! I love you all and I miss you guys so much hope you can learn to understand more of our savior!
