I want to start by telling you I actually like when
you tell me how many days I have so then I can understand how much less
time I have and how important the time I have is here for me. Each time
i read I have less and less it brings me a lot of saddness but however
it gives me lots of encourgement to become better and to try to learn
more and to work with all my heart! So in that aspect thank you because
it makes me to become better and focus more. Ive learned that it isnt so much as telling them their
wrong and your right, however it's being patient and showing with example
just as our Savior and Redeemer did. Protecting the truth in all
things, Loving when it's hard to love and coming to understand one
another. Because with understanding there is peace, Just as two little
kids fight why? Its because they dont understand how to make the
situation better, Making goals helps and truely the greatest following
the promptings and whispering of the spirit. Making sure you are
prepared before hand so your not confused what needs to be said when the
time comes to teach. But also being receptive to the feeling of the
people and helping them with their needs. Sometimes its nessicary to
teach something that wasnt planned and its ok because they are not just
objects and numbers but true people. When we understand to
be receptive to the needs of others we are able to help them as well as
ourselves. Try setting goals, making plans specificlly, But always
doing everything with love and the consideration and full purpose of
heart. Knowing my capablities and however we dont seem
to get the results that I feel we could have. I too am with you
understanding to love just as Christ did and becoming better. These
tests helps us to become a better disiple of Christ and we are able to
learn our weaknesses. I too have the weakness of needing to take the
point and taking more innicitive. Being more diligent and not waiting
to be acted upon but to act! Its something I've been working on and
trying to improve, I've learned that the spirit will indicate what needs
to be done and the things He would have us do. I've learned a lot about
myself here in Nicaragua but more I've learned about my Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ, He is my friend and is always there in times of
need. Ive learned that becoming diligent and taking point comes when
we are more in tune with the spirit and we allow him to show us the way.
Then being first isn't so bad because really the spirit was who went
first we just followed but unto men we are first because we took the
point to follow the spirit! It makes all the difference I too am
becoming more in tune with the spirit and am focusing to listen more in
all times, all things and in all places. I know its possible and if we
do so we will recieve the greatest joy and love from our Father in Heaven! Learn to follow him and you will become just as He is and will
become a leader and one who acts and isnt acted upon!
